Titan Band Students and Parents-
We are so excited you are joining or returning to our Titan Band team. In order to set each student up for success we have put together a recommended supplies and materials list for each instrument. We ask that each student come to class prepared with their materials on the first day of school!
Flute, Clarinet, Saxophone, Trumpet, Trombone, and Percussion students will need to make arrangements to obtain an instrument and supplies BEFORE school starts if you have not already done so.
Oboe, Bassoon, French Horn, Euphonium, and Tuba are school issued instruments, but students will need to make arrangements to obtain the necessary supplies BEFORE school starts as well.

What instrument do I need?
After you have met with a director and decided on an instrument please look at the supplies list (below) as we have methodically chosen and listed which instrument and supplies your student will need in order to best prepare them for success.
Do I have to purchase or can I rent?
If you are not a schooled-issued instrument (flute, clarinet, sax, trumpet, trombone, percussion) you do have the option of either renting, buying, or renting-to-buy from a music shop. Information regarding rentals for school-issued instruments will be sent home at the beginning of the year.
Where do I purchase or rent my instrument?
Our local music shop is Bell's Music Shop located at 536 Keller Pkwy, Keller, TX 76248. There are tons of options in the DFW area and you are more than welcome to shop anywhere you like. Please make sure you are making a quality purchase/rental of an instrument. Beware of products/instruments made with inferior materials as your student's success is dependent upon a quality instrument.

Bands fees include rental payments for school-owned instruments, band shirt, book, binder, and other small classroom supplies. Band fees are due at the end of Sept. each year. A handout will be sent home with your student at the beginning of the year. You can also find the fee forms under the "handbook and forms" tab.
